I have a secret

I have been sworn to secrecy
so I really can't tell you guys.

I know that
you know that I know that I am like a

Top secret agent 00PolyBear.

Yep, I live in a world of shadows, and
get called out on all sorts of hush hush missions.

Well, I am on one right now and I can't tell you guys
what it is, but maybe I can give you a hint.

It has something to do with this

and this

No idea?

Maybe I showed too much here?

still need hints?

Sheeeeesh!

One more hint?

Shadow photo, but I'm denying everything.

I miss the Space Shuttle

Remember the good old days, when

our space program included shuttle flights?

Personally, I have no use for our new program.

Who can get excited with this orbital mission?

Maiden flight of Silo-1?

Give me a break!

Wow!

All I can Say is Wow!

Ok - actually I plan on saying more than Wow,
but I thought that would be a pretty good way to start.

Look At This!

That interwebs site was brought to my attention by one
of the blog's loyal readers.

(probably a space expert from NASA)

And I was so excited when I read their plan.

The first thing I thought when I read
their presentation was

Funnel Cake!

Seriously ...

But the second thing I thought was,

We can be a part of this!

Imagine, being a part of the first colony on

Scenic Mars!

You know

I've been there once already.

It was a short adventure trip about a year or two back.

Search through old posts with space label
and you'll find the whole write-up.

I'm sure you know,

I live for adventure!

Anyhow, we ought to get a group together and
sign up for the first Mars settlement expedition.

Any takers?

The interwebs site I linked to up above there
looks first rate and absolutely trustworthy.

All they need is a couple of bozillion dollars
to make it happen.

Wonder what Mumzie's paypal limit is this week?

Question Time

Let's say I am an advanced life form

From a distant galaxy.

My people have developed the means

to travel across thousands of light years across vast
distances of space until we encounter

the planet called earth by those who inhabit it.

And

And

And

we choose to announce our presence

with

crop circles.

Yeah ... sure

makes perfect sense.

You know NASA has money problems

The good old USofA has really accomplished
a lot in the space program over the years.

NASA has done a good job of pushing us beyond
to places never imagined a few hundred years back.

They got us to the moon

The shuttle has been spectacular

The space station - incredible!

You know

I served two tours on the Spacey Station.
Great times. I was the CPBOB
(Chief PolyBear On Board)

Sadly, NASA is now having money problems.

Congress and the President kind'a cut them off

It has gotten pretty bad, but they still have big plans.

They have announced there is no way they will ever
agree to drop the orbital
programs entirely.

Here is their latest program to have a shuttle
circumnavigate the planet.

What vision!

I think they plan on selling rides and everything.

Latest Developing news. We now have photos of their
newest space craft

Silo-1 Ready for launch. As I understand this craft
is equipped to carry 6 astronauts or
28,000 bushels of corn

Did ET Really Go Home?

You decide

I think it's someone's granny

or ET.

Sometimes I don't know everything

And this is probably one of those times

So I have a question.

Was this Photoshopped?

Yeh, I thought so, too.

Why do they Lie to us time after time?

This photo

uncovered today was reported
by the government to be a twister
moving across Mars.

Yeh - sure...

Another case of Lies, Lies, Lies!

Obviousy a Sand Worm on Arrakis.
Photographed from an Ornithopter flying overhead.

Why do they expect us to not see the truth
when its right in front of us?

Arrakis, Spacing Guild Navigators, The Noble Houses
Paul Atreidies, Spice, Worms

And here we see the proof. Why, just yesterday I saw a guy
with blue eyes (and strangly on roller skates). At the moment
I noticed him, he quickly looked away and then (poof)

he disappeared into a Sonic.

At that point I smelled the intoxicating fragrance
of Spice Dust. It smelled just like TaterTots.

They are among us.
They want our TaterTots.

TaterTots = Melange = Spice

And the government continues to Lie, Lie, Lie.

Beam Me Down Scotty!
By Junior Starfleet Officer ZeroBear PolyBear

There is almost no limit to the fun you can have here on the Starship Enterprise. Yesterday, after I finally decided that Friday the 13th falling on a Saturday had passed, I met this nifty guy named Scotty. Scotty is responsible for the go button on the Teleportation Machine. Did you know that you can go just about anywhere if you can get him to Google Galactica the space coordinates and hit the go button for you?

Don't believe me? Watch this.
Here we have for your consideration, a Martian rock garden. Where are all the little green men, you ask? Well dufus, there aren't any little green men on Mars. They are reddish brown, and they can get pretty big along side a little PolyBear Junior Starfleet Officer, but I'm getting off subject. I have convinced Scotty to do a demo for you earthling guys. Just watch this.

OK Scotty, Beam me down!

Ain't that nifty?

OK Scotty, Beam me back up...

OK Scotty, beam me back up...

Scotty?

Scotty?

Uh ... Please?

Sheesh! Starship etiquette can be a real pain.

Whew! Back Again!

I may stay here forever. Did you know they have a machine that makes Pronto Pups out of thin air? Diet Dr Peppers and pizza rolls and buttered popcorn too! Ol Doc Bones likes him some late night Pronto Pups with his hot chocolate! Spock says they're not logical, but if he thinks you aren't watching, he'll scarf down three or four faster than you can say "Tribbles is Trouble."

Tonight I'm going to introduce them to Klondike Bars.

Did I mention Scotty talks funny?

"Aye canut git any mor out'a her Kapt'n Kirk!"

He's a real hoot!
